AWF Partners and AAML Fellows, Adam John Wolff and Jenifer J. Foley, attended the 2023 American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers Midyear Meeting, where Adam and Financial Experts, Tracy Katz and Stacy Collins, presented a CLE course titled “Outside the Box: Creative Solutions to Difficult Issues.” The talk illuminated how advancing communications between family law attorneys and financial experts can facilitate brainstorming and the creation of unique solutions that help their clients maneuver around roadblocks and address unique or complex financial issues that can arise in family law and divorce cases.
The American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers (AAML) is the leader in Family Law continuing education, publications, networking, and training. Fellows of the Academy demonstrate the highest standards of matrimonial practice and help improve the quality of family law practice throughout the country for attorneys and litigants.
Adam and Jenifer are both Fellows of the AAML. Adam also holds a number of leadership positions in the Academy, including Immediate Past President of the AAML New York Chapter, a member of the National Board of Governors, and a participant in several active committees, including the planning committee for the divorce conference presented jointly by the AAML and Business Valuation Resources.
